Mathew Tedrow has worked as an archaeologist with more than ten years of experience in multiple states. His field experience has taken him to areas within the Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, Colorado Plateau, Wyoming Basin, the Southwest, and the Great Basin. This wide range of areas has expanded Mat’s knowledge of energy production construction methods, local cultures and has led to an interaction with many different tribal groups.

Mat graduated from Iowa State University with degrees in anthropology and history and minors in geology and GIS. His work experience includes survey, excavation, construction monitoring, field management, report writing, and GIS data management.

In his free time, Mat enjoys traveling, hiking and camping. Mat also spends much of his free time reading on a broad range of scientific subjects, biographies, and history.
