Hannah Whelan

Field Technician

Hannah Whelan is a field technician at the Lexington, Kentucky office. She grew up on a cow farm in Meade County, Kentucky, where she fell in love with getting dirty. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2022, majoring in anthropology with a special interest in bioarchaeology. After living in Lexington for three years, she was thrilled to be able to keep her career in Lexington with CRA.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her friends and her chunky kitty, Pear. Her hobbies include PC gaming (she currently lives and breathes Bauldur’s Gate 3) and discovering new music. Occasionally, she’s known to crochet if the mood takes her. She hopes to one day study in Scandinavia as a bioarchaeologist.
