CRA is excited to welcome Matthew to our Kentucky location, and he is joining our team as a field technician.
Matthews is originally from Furlong, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts in history at the College of William and Mary. He then pursued his Master of Arts in maritime studies at East Carolina University.
During the fall, you can catch him watching college football; in the summer, you can find him watching Indycar. His other passions include fishing and the guitar.
Matthew’s favorite thing about archaeology is that you are working “where it happened” with the materials left behind by those you are studying.
His all-time favorite book is “Graveyard of the Atlantic” by David Stick.
