Archaeologist
Tommy McAlpine is originally from southern California and came to the Midwest to study archaeology at the University of Indianapolis. He continued to study archaeology at Ball State University, where he earned his master’s. Since then, he has worked on archaeological projects in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia.
Tommy first worked with CRA on the Avenue of the Saints data recovery project in 2005 and returned to the company in 2007. Currently, he serves as a Staff Archaeologist and Field Technician for prehistoric and historic Phase I-III projects.
When not in the field, Tommy enjoys reading science fiction and collecting comic books.
