Morgan H. Thurman has 3 plus years of experience in cultural resource management.  He holds a BA degree in Anthropology/Archaeology and a MA degree in Anthropology, both from the University of Montana.  He is currently a Staff Archaeologist of CRA’s Rocky Mountain Division.  Mr. Thurman has worked on projects in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota.  These projects include numerous Class III (or equivalent) surveys for various clients, as well as data recoveries, and site mitigation plans. Mr. Thurman has authored and co-authored numerous technical reports for the Forest Service, BLM, NRCS, WYDOT and private clients.  He is trained in and familiar with pertinent NEPA, NHPA, ARPA, and NAGPRA regulations.
