Morgan H. Thurman has three plus years of experience in cultural resource management. He holds a bachelor’s in anthropology/archaeology and a master’s degree in anthropology from the University of Montana. He is currently a Staff Archaeologist of CRA’s Rocky Mountain Division. Thurman has worked on projects in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota. These projects include numerous Class III (or equivalent) surveys for various clients, data recoveries, and site mitigation plans. Mr. Thurman has authored and co-authored multiple technical reports for the Forest Service, BLM, NRCS, WYDOT, and private clients. He is trained in and familiar with pertinent NEPA, NHPA, ARPA, and NAGPRA regulations.
