Dustin Lawson started with CRA as a field tech in 2016 and became a full-time staff archaeologist in 2020. Dustin specializes in lithic analysis and historic archaeology. He has over 15 years of experience in archaeology conducting phase I level surveys, phase IIs, and multiple phase III excavations on historic and prehistoric sites. He has also been responsible for laboratory analysis, mapping, curation, and report writing. Dustin has worked primarily in the Southeastern United States, as well as in the Midwest, North Atlantic, and Northeast.
When not doing archaeology, Dustin enjoys spending time running, cycling, playing bass, and doing CrossFit.
