We are pleased to announce multiple promotions at CRA today! Congratulations to Andy Martin for his promotion to Chief Operating Officer, to Travis Hurdle for his promotion to Chief Marketing Officer, and to Lisa Kelley for her promotion to Director of Operations for CRA–Evansville, Indiana.

In his new role, Andy will help with day-to-day management of the company, aid in business strategy and development, proposal development, and project oversight. Since joining CRA in 2002, Andy started the Evansville office and has maintained a phenomenal record of project completion and client satisfaction.

Travis will work closely with company leadership to help CRA continue its 40+ year mission of excellence in historic preservation. Travis will help serve client needs and aid in business development. Since joining CRA in 2011, Travis has overseen business development and project management, and received his MBA in 2024. Travis will continue as the Director of Operations for CRA–Knoxville, and continue to excel in client satisfaction, successful project completion, and leadership in historic preservation.

In her new role, Lisa will assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, support our project teams, and manage compliance projects for clients in both the public and private sectors to ensure alignment with preservation legislation and regulations.  Add her 20+ years of archaeological experience, which includes eight years as principal investigator, and it is clear why she is an outstanding fit for this role!

Please help us congratulate Andy, Travis, and Lisa on their positions!
