David B. Herrington is the CRA Senior Marketing Executive, working to bring business opportunities to CRA. David holds a BS from Texas A&M University in Natural Biological Science. He works out of his home in the Denver Metro Area, closely coordinating his efforts with all CRA offices.
David has over thirty years experience with the National Park Service and as a domestic and international environmental consultant. As a result of David’s many years in government service, then worldwide consulting, his network and resources will be of great assistance to CRA’s marketing and business development program. Although he has worked primarily on natural resources projects from Alaska to Florida, he has also participated in major cultural resources projects such as identifying the ancient roads in Chaco Canyon National Historical Park and the remediation of Roman burial sites at Lakenheath Royal Air Force Base, England. He also has experience working in the Colorado SHPO office, holding positions on historic preservation boards, and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Denver.
David has many interests, Celtic history, travel, fishing, hunting, photography, community service projects, musical instruments, hiking, and reading. He enjoys his views of the Rock Mountain with his wife Susan, who is a Flight Attendant for American Airlines, and enjoying their home and travels together.
