Alan Higgins Receives National Recognition for Evansville work

Unnoticed_Modern_CoverDOCOMOMO  (Documentation and Conservation of the Modern Movement in Architecture) featured Alan Higgins’ work on the modern architecture of Evansville, Indiana, in their most recent newsletter. Alan Higgins has worked tirelessly documenting and researching the modern architecture of Evansville, Indiana. The fruits of his labor are two publications to be released in 2014. The first, Unnoticed Modern: The Midcentury Architecture of Evansville, examines looks at domestic, commercial, ecclesiastical, and community-based architecture. The second publication, Vision & Legacy: The Work of Hironimus-Knapp-Given Associates, documents the prominent Evansville-based architecture firm.
